COO and member of the Management Board of Nova Property Fund Management AG from April 2022. Over 10 years’ experience in international real estate. Worked in the Swiss Real Estate Division of Credit Suisse Asset Management (Switzerland) AG from 2018 to 2022. Was a member of the Executive Board of Global Real Estate and a fund manager, and latterly held the position of Head of Strategy & Projects.
In his role as a fund manager for the second largest Swiss real estate fund, he was responsible for a property portfolio of approximately CHF 4.8 billion and over 100 properties. Previously held various management positions at Swiss Prime Site AG, including Head of Corporate Ventures & Development, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Business Management. Was also Head of Business Management within the Private Banking Division at Credit Suisse Investor Services.
Mr Denner has been a member of the Management Board of Nova Property Investment Management (Lux) Holding Ltd since October 2022.
