Stefan Binderheim

After graduating with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Zurich in 1995, he joined UBS Investment Funds AG where he held the position of Head Client Information Desk. Over the next 25 years, he was able to continuously deepen his knowledge in the area of banking and real estate with renowned employers. In 2000, he was co-founder of ifund services AG in Zurich – a company with a focus on financial and management consulting – and in his capacity as Head of Distribution and Product Management, he was responsible for client acquisition and product development until 2008.

From 2008 to 2022, he was a member of the Executive Board and CIO at Quantus AG. From 2015 to 2022, he also held the position of Managing Director of the DAI Investment Foundation. Since June 2022, he has been Head of International Business Development at Nova Property Fund Management AG and is responsible for building up international business. He has more than 25 years’ experience in banking and real estate.

Mr Binderheim has been a member of the Management Board of Nova Property Investment Management (Lux) Holding Ltd since October 2022.
